LORGUES:
Nice detached house air-conditioned in the heart of Provence 40 Km Verdon and Ste Maxime.
Housing classified 3 stars: Calm, comfort and independence ... You will feel at home!
Lorgues is located 40 kms from Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and 35 minutes from Verdon.
Pretty individual house of character of 75 m2, very calm any comfort, 1km of a lively city center.
Sleeps up to 6 people. Parking on the ground (several cars possible)
Garden of 1200 m 2 fully fenced, planted with cypress, olive and fig trees ... ...
Fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, dining room.
2 large bedrooms: First air-conditioned with TV including: 1 bed 160 x 2 m (new and comfortable bedding).
Second comprising: a 1 bed 160 x 2 m (new and comfortable bedding) and a bunk bed with new bedding and comfortable also (0.90 x 1, 90 m)
Baby: bed, changing mat, recliner, bath, high chair.
1 bathroom with large Italian shower (0. 90 x 1. 70)

Large terrace without vis-à-vis southern exposure of 45 m 2 with large garden table, deck chairs, parasol, barbecue (comply with current regulations at the time of rental), inflatable pool children.
Facilities: Air conditioning, ground floor and master bedroom, Fans, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, oven, iron with table,
Microwave oven, dishwasher, two televisions, hi-fi system, bose Soundlink mini II bluetooth.
Municipal pool about 1 km.
TGV The Arc Draguignan 13 Km. Possibility of travel in TER: St Raphael (18 minutes), Cannes, Antibes, Nice etc. ...
The house is not configured for people with reduced mobility.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house. (Nevertheless you must take all the necessary precautions outside because of the fires)
Pets accepted under certain conditions (To do with the owner)
Possibility rental of linen and sheets. Beds made on request.
Deposit: 2 deposit checks will be requested upon arrival. One of 300 € covering the degradations,
the other 50 € for the household.
They will be fully or partially returned upon departure, after inventory.
The lease is conditional on the signing of a contract that contracts our respective commitments and the payment of a cash deposit.
Additional photos and proof of ownership possible on request and under certain conditions.
For your safety know that this house is also available for rent on other sites with identical telephone numbers. (List on request). It is also declared for rent in the town hall and tourist office of Lorgues.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt, sogar übertroffen. Kann man nur empfehlen. Danke nochmals an Silvie und ihre Hilfen für die gute Betreuung und ihre Mühe. Für unseren nächsten Urlaub in dieser Gegend würde ich sofort wieder anfragen.

Belles vacances à lorgues
Adorable petite maison très bien agencée. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. La climatisation était la bienvenue. Grand terrain clôture. Belle terrasse. Petit bémol avec les moustiques. Normalement le problème sera réglé. Merci à Philippe pour sa grande disponibilité.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man so braucht
Neu renoviertes Haus mit großer Terrasse auf ca. 1200 qm großem Grundstück in einem Wohngebiet mit lockerer Bebauung. Ca. 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, neue, bequeme Betten. Sehr netter Vermieter, Übergabe etc. gut organisiert. Leider keinen Blick in die schöne Landschaft, da die Terasse dicht eingewachsen ist. Blick nur aus den Schlafzimmern im OG. Vorschlag: Terasse frei schneiden. Ein Safe für Wertsachen wäre noch gut.

La maison est très calme, bien située, bien organisée et très bien décorée! Très bien entretenue aussi.. Un petit nid très agréable. Rien n'y manque! Grâce à la clim au salon, la maison reste fraîche et nous n'avons pas eu à subir les fortes chaleurs. Un magnifique séjour que je voudrais encore avoir devant moi plutôt que derrière ;) Je reviendrai.. sans hésitation! Merci au propriétaire et à "son équipe" ;-)

Très bon séjour
Très jolie maison aménagée avec goût où nous avons passé d'agréables vacances au calme et profité de cette belle région. Grande disponibilité de la part de Valérie et Philippe et grand intérêt de la part du propriétaire pour que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement bien, ce qui fut le cas. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région.

Un petit havre de paix
Jolie maison décorée avec goût et dont l'équipement, tant intérieur qu'extérieur, est conçu pour le confort et l'intimité des occupants. Au calme et tout de même proche du village et de ses facilités (ne pas manquer le beau marché du mardi!). L' accueil sympathique et la disponibilité de Valérie et Philippe ajoutent une note agréable au séjour. Pour parfaire l'ensemble une connexion wifi serait certainement la bienvenue pour la majorité des candidats locataires. C'est sans hésitation que nous recommandons cette location.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Das Wetter entsprach zwar nicht unseren Vorstellungen, dafür das Ferienhaus von Mr Hoyez umso mehr. Es bietet sehr komfortablen Charme und besondere Wohnqualität. Schon beim Betreten des Grundstücks fühlt man sich aufgehoben und zuhause. Alle Dinge, die man zum entspannten Wohnen braucht, sind in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert.
