"Beautiful place,perfectly situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great (though the coffee included with breakfast isn't so good). My only suggestion would be to set the room temperature so guests can't tamper with it, one of the occupants cranked it up to sauna levels, which is neither customer nor eco-friendly. Otherwise, it was close to perfect and I'd stay again"

"Hostel is all gender bathrooms which is ok but toilets has a smell of Pooh. Floors creek, rooms was clean, bed comfy and staff very helpful. Area was great, center of attraction to shopping, food, walking tours. "

"The Supernova was amazing! Loved the staff because they were so wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it highly if you are interested in spending time in Porto. Also liked that there was delicious food, coffee, and dessert’s available, definitely check it out!!"

"We had a private room with shared bathroom in the Rivoli Cinema Hostel for 3 nights. It is in walking distance to most of the sights, tours and supermarkets. The kitchen was well equiped, the shared bathrooms were clean and our room was comfortable. It is a bit noisy with the traffic, but it is to be expected on this location.The staff was fun and very helpful. The cinema theme is everywhere, in all the small details! Great home base in Porto!"

"Hostel staff is friendly. Super location near metro stops Trindade. There have separate man and female toilets, showers also. Bed is comfortable and curtains make privacy. cleaning is very well i love to staying in this hostel. I will come again ❤❤"

"In general a good hostel. Staff friendly, nice kitchen etc. Unfortunately rooms are poorly spundproofed - you could heard almost everything. Also there was no closet or even a coat rack. Breakfast very basic - without any meat. "

"긴 여행을 했어서 숙소의 청결도는 매우 중요했어요. 몇년 전에 이 호스텔을 갔다온 여행광 친구의 추천으로 고민 없이 어반 가든 호스텔을 선택했어요. 15일정도 있었는데 대만족 입니다. 1. 매일 오후 깨끗하게 청소합니다. 2. 정원에서 보내는 예쁜 시간이 행복했어요. 처음 만나는 친구들과 정원에서 재미있게 이야기하며 즐거웠어요. 3. 직원들이 친절하고 좋아요. 늘 배려해주고, 도와줍니다. 4. 메인 스트릿, 볼량시장과 가까워요. 5. 조식이 괜찮아요. 또 포르투를 간다면 여기에 또 가고싶어요. 멋진 오너 줄리앙과 나이스한 데이빗에게 안부를 전합니다. "Very basic accommodations. The trade off is the cheap price and excellent location for shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Selina next door. It was nice that they included towels (many hostels charge a rental fee), but they were threadbare. The kitchen has no stove, only a microwave. And no luggage storage when you checkout (have to pay 2,50 per bag at their partner storage site next door). The hostel felt dark and damp. "Veronica and housekeeper were both so kind and helpful. The unit was really clean, well maintained and had everything we would need for our stay. We were able to walk to almost everything and felt safe. If we were to come back we would stay here again, truly a beautiful place due to the management."

"Location, location, location. We had an amazing stay! The hotel is less than 5-minute walk to the Sao Bento train station, historical part of town and ALL local restaurants. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very welcoming. We had a minor issue with the room, but it was taken care within a few minutes. If we come back to Porto, we will definitely stay at the Porto Royal Bridges Hotel! "

Friendly, comfortable and accommodating

"Excellent hotel located right on the riverside and perfectly placed to visit all of the sights. I had a terrible journey from the UK due to a bad snow storm which meant I hadn’t slept for 42 hours by the time I arrived at the hotel at 4.30am. The hotel kindly checked me in at that late hour and made the beginning of my vacation a little bit better."
