That double double excuse was absolutely unacceptable… requested a refund from the property owners as they suggested in their announcement. No following response. "

Carry used linen to reception before return of deposit, without having been told this when checking in. All this came as unwelcome surprise, anyone thinking of using this "hotel" should be warned.
