PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this beautiful holiday home with 3 pretty apartments for 3-5 people. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Lopar, very close to the sandy beach MEL, which gently slopes into the sea.

In the vicinity there are all tourist-interesting facilities such as Bank, restaurants and leisure facilities. To the well-known 1.5 km long and up to 50m wide paradise beach (sandy beach) are about 10 minutes walk.

The house offers 3 modern apartments. The larger one has 2 separate bedrooms, the two smaller ones each have 1 bedroom.
All apartments are air-conditioned, offer satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. A parking space on the property is available free of charge.

In-house amenities include free Wi-Fi and a grill. A washing facility for laundry is available if required. Pets are welcome and a boat mooring can be arranged in the nearby small harbor for a fee.
