Fantastic Weekend
Great house in a fantastic location. Super clean and lots of bedrooms so that everyone in our group had their own room. The owner is awesome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!
This was more than what we expected! It was such a welcoming and wonderful place for our team to rest after a long day of meetings on The Mountain. I would recommend this place to others if you want to have a perfect stay.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Beautiful grounds and home with lots of common spaces for groups to gather. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds with plenty of room to sleep 20. Will definately book this house again!

Very good location for all major attractions of Lookout Mt
This was for the youth group trip and we all enjoyed. 5 bedrooms with plenty beds for 17. After 6-8 people showered at night, the water was gotten a little cold so the rest had to wait till the next morning. Other than that it was perfect!

Awesome Vacation House
My family (12 adults and 5 children) gathered in Chattanooga from several states and spent three days in this wonderful house having the best time. The house was even better than the photos showed online. Marcie came by when we arrived to ensure that everything was ok and to see if there was anything she could do or get for us and was always a phone call away if we needed anything -- GREAT customer service! The mattresses were a bit hard for everyone but NOTHING else negative could be said about the house or our stay. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen was available and there were plenty of linens for everyone. The washer and dryer on site were a blessing with so many children there. Marcie was very helpful letting us know attractions to visit and explaining the proximity before we got there so we could plan and purchase advance tickets. The house was convenient to all of the day trips we took -- Ruby Falls, Rock City, TN RailRoad Museum, Canoe Trip, Raccoon Mountain. The really great thing was that when we were done with the activities for the day, we had this wonderful house in a quite setting to go to and relax and enjoy each others company. We had such a good time that we are planning on returning again next year so we can continue to explore the Chattanooga sites. We all would recommend this house to anyone vacationing in Chattanooga. THANKS Marcie!!!!!

Thanksgiving Meet Up
We had so much fun together at this place. It was very clean and we were thankful for the well stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes for our group. It was so nice to have many beds for our group. One family took the large room on the first floor and the rest of us were upstairs. The home is slightly dated, but everything worked and we were comfortable. I would suggest some firmer sofas for the sitting room. Some elderly found it hard to get out of them.

The house was great for our huge extended family to all stay together for a Chattanooga adventure. The rooms were so spacious and there were plenty for the kids to do outside to keep them entertained. We will stay here again when we come back!

This property is amzing. The house is extremely large. Lots of places to sleep. We loved the large dining room with lots of chairs so the 12 of us could sit down together. Marcie was a great host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We did not get to enjoy the yard because of the weather but it looked nice.

Plenty of room for our family of 11. Kids (and adults!) loved the ping pong table, foosball table, and giant tree swing. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beautiful area. Host was nearby and responded quickly to any questions we had. Check-in and out were simple and easy.
