"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!"

"All I can say is, it is a lovely cozy house. Wonderful view from the back garden. Away from hustle and bustle of the crowded city area. Nice and quiet! But to get there,don’t be surprised, you have to drive through narrow roads. By the way, there is only one toilet downstairs, and once you flush it, it fills out slowly so it’s a waiting game ;) , I hope this will get fixed in our next visit. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Keith's property in Millendreath. On check in on Friday we were really impressed with the location and quality. Keith checked in with us (he was there on holiday too) and ensured everything was perfect. We used the property as a base and was out throughout the days in Truro, Eden Project and Newquay and it was lovely to come back to. Beach is 2 mins walk and the beach shack was great to eat and drink at."

The house itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for the kids to play and relax. The master bedroom is stunning. We especially loved how easy it was to access the sea, the beach, and the coastal path – perfect for morning swims and scenic walks. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to unwind by the coast in comfort. "
