The property is an older building that has quirks but was comfortable, clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. "This was our second time stay in this apartment. Very clean, new, and excellent location. The management is very friendly and just 5 minutes walk from a beautiful green hill, jogging track and river all in one spot and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and the city shopping center. furnished and finished with modern style furniture and all related accessories. We call it our home now in Tubingen city. :) "

"Wir waren wirklich überrascht, wie groß diese Ferienwohnung wirklich ist - schön für Urlauber, die es geräumig mögen! Es war sehr sauber und es gab alles, was man so benötigt, wenn man ab und zu mal selbst kochen möchte.
