"Easy access to town centre, on two main bus lines, opposite a lovely Brasserie, Pizza Place and Chinese place. Very quiet area. Very nice service from front desk, always smiling and polite. The only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work very well, so overnight it became rather hot. Would go back there, for sure. "

It only take like 7 minutes of tram to get to the city center. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to...

"Perfect location in the city centre. Beautiful hotel with delightful staff. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar at night which were lovely. Our room was fantastic and the sunken bathtub was a great addition. We didnt eat at the restaurant as the menu was limited and I dont eat Veal as I believe it's unnecessary to kill cattle so young. "

"Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !"
