This had the effect of reducing the usable area of the 2.8 hectare property to the driveway and the apartment which was very disappointing to our group and difficult with small children. "Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people."

"Although we did arrive late both Katrine and Fabrice were very gracious and welcoming. The apartment was very nice and was all we expected. The only things we thought were needed were a couple of hand towels and bath mat. The outside area was really nice but due to the the rain we did not get to use it except ffor one day. Beze is a quaint little town with two very nice restaurants and would recommend reservations for dinner. Glad that we had the opportunity to visit and stay for a few days."

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette magnifique propriété parfaite pour un week end entre amis. De l’espace, des chambres independantes et bien agencées avec douches et toilettes, une piscine interieure tres agréable, un magnifique jardin et beaucoup de loisirs possibles sur place (velos, ping-pong, baby-foot, petanque, barbecue…). Le logement est propre et très bien équipé avec de l'électroménager de qualité, ce qui est assez rare de nos jours dans les logements. Nous avons passé une agréable soirée, le braséro dehors en hiver est vraiment très agréable. La salle de jeux est très bien équipée. Je recommande ce logement."

"This is a wonderful estate in a rural area about 15 minutes from town. The owners live in a house on the property and are very helpful. The best kitchen we had in France. We wanted to use the Pool but in never stopped raining. It was beautiful though. One word of caution is the steps to some of the bedrooms are narrow and a little steep so I would use smaller bags than one large one. All included items were accurate and Kid friendly, although we were all over 60. I would bring soap and shampoo....

"The house was perfectly situated for our visit to Dijon. Check in was easy and the house was exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the property as well as the exterior garden. We would definitely rent this property again on future visits."
