"Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy. "Check in was at 17:00 where we were greeted warmly at reception by Thomas who spoke excellent English (mercifully as my French is embarrassingly bad). He gave us the full low down on the property and local area which included a map. If you've reviewed the property properly then you'll know that it's fully self catering and you're responsible to keep it clean and make your beds. The interior was perhaps slightly dated compared to other 4 star hotels but it was very clean and everything worked....
