"Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."

"We had a lovely stay in a double room on the 8th floor which was very quiet. Didn't choose the full breakfast option but walking distance to coffee shops for light breakfast. Room very clean & comfortable. Only reason for overall rating of 4 stars is, like most hotel rooms, it got a bit stuffy & we were unable to open window (even if limited to open slightly would be a bonus). Would be so nice to get fresh air in. They are installing aircon which should be working soon"

"We were able to walk to all the main attractions; so convenient. The hotel is very new so everything was in perfect condition. The towels are extra thick, the beds extra comfortable and the care to make sure everything is clean and well stocked was obvious. Plus we have to shout out the staff.
