The person that checked my daughter in didn't seem to understand what a "tub" was. Also putting someone in a room on the ground floor next to the elevator with two small dogs didn't seem to register as a bad idea.

This was our second stay at this location, we were here in August and loved our stay so we booked it again. The staff are so nice, the hotel is clean and well kept. Since we have family in the Firestone area, we will definitely book our next stay here as well. Thank you to the staff for a most enjoyable visit.

I like the fact that they accept pets. I do think that is a good thing, but they need to place them on specific floors or sides of the hotel. Hell build special rooms. I had a horrible night's sleep as the dog in the room across the hall and a room away would not stop barking all night. (I feel really bad for whoever was directly next too them) When I mentioned something to the worker he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I would really like a refund
