The BEST stay!
The house is awesome. The property is awesome. The owners communication is awesome. Everything is awesome. I just wish we would’ve scheduled it to be able to stay more than one night. They left us delicious snacks and wine! The beds were comfy and the kids were obsessed with the games. We even got to feed the chickens! The sunset and sunrise were stunning.

This home was very clean and well stocked. They even have several yard games you can set up. It was a great place to celebrate my dad’s 80th with plenty of room for family to gather.

Family trip to Boulder
House is clean, comfortable and close to Boulder, Niwot, and Longmont. We enjoyed the arcade. We would happily stay there again. The host is extremely responsive.

Wonderful getaway!
This property is great! Beautifully updated and decorated inside with a big front porch to relax on. Great space for a larger group. It's a mile from a wonderful park with miles of trails around a lake with mountain views. We enjoyed our stay and the wonderful treats the owner left for us to enjoy. It was like a hotel with comfortable beds and plush towels but a home to ourselves!

A wonderful place.
Everything you would expect and they go the extra 10 miles with each bed having a choice of type of pillow you like, soft or hard..,a welcoming basket filled with great treats. So incredibly clean…response time from hosts were immediate and always looking for a way to make the stay perfect. Highly recommend. 👍

Spacious with gorgeous views!
My family of four loved our stay here! The lower level is perfect for older kiddos (our 9 and 11 year old loved it). The beds are all extremely comfy, the house is clean, there's everything you need for cooking, plenty of towels, and gorgeous views of the mountains. I can't think of anything the hosts could have done to make our stay better. We will definitely be staying here next time.

Wonderful home with cheeky personality and fun for the kids!
They had us at the welcome basket! The place was deceptively roomy, every room was comfortable, and there were multiple entertainment options! The host was very inviting and helpful. Plus, their guide was wonderful for a bunch of New Jerseyans who didn’t do any prep work. All of your food and hiking options hit the mark! We would totally stay here again! Thank you!

The house was very clean on arrival. The coded door made check in a breeze. We were staying for our daughter's wedding. The location allowed us to relax between events. The large front porch with a beautiful view of the mountains was our favorite place to hang out. Thanks for a great time.

Wonderful home for an extended family stay
We visited with our teens and grandparents and this house was ideal with room for everyone to spread out and come together. The house is as described. View is beautiful, place is spotless and host is very responsive. The treats left for us were awesome. We were so close to Boulder but also felt a world away. Good options for dining nearby with Avery Brewing less than two miles away. We will stay again. Thanks Phil for being a great host!

Great time in Boulder
Great experience for our family. The house was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do. The house was everything and more of what we expected. The owner truly knows how to manage vacation rental properties. Complementary bottle of wine, snacks, information about what to do in the area, emergency medical kits, comfortable beds, great porch to enjoy good wine and look at the mountains. Will be renting from this owner again. We can’t wait to go back to Boulder. Had a blast!

Home Away from Home
The House were just like the photos. It was super clean. The place was nice and cozy. There were 9 adults who stayed and enough room for us. We came into town for a wedding and the view is wonderful of the mountains. They gave us some yummy snacks when we first arrived!! Hit the spot! They did little extras that made the place special. Communication with the owner was very quick responses, very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Out of town wedding weekend
We chose this location based on its proximity to a wedding we were attending in Lyons, and also having family in Denver. The location was great to get to both easily. It was also easy to go to dinner in Niwot or Boulder. The house was so fun! My kids loved the arcade downstairs and my parents appreciated the main floor bedrooms. The kitchen was fully functional and we were so touched by the welcome basket of snacks, water and local wine. There were so many little details that made the house stand out (basket of blankets, toiletries) and loved all the seating options around the house. Our hosts were very responsive and we’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing Time In An Amazing Place
The property is as advertised, AND THEN SOME. The pictures can not do the views justice! From every spot on this property you get gorgeous views. Inside, Phillip and his team delivered above and beyond our expectations. From the personalized goodies to the cleanliness, it was obvious that care and attention went into our stay. The arcade kept us entertained when we weren't outside, for hours. We took day trips all over Colorado and were just minutes away from Boulder, Longmont and Niwot. The drive from the Denver airport was quick and we liked that after a full day of travel. I strongly recommend this house if you want space, privacy, cleanliness, stunning views of the Flatirons, ambience and still being close to everything. I have already recommended this listing to friends and family making plans to visit Boulder in the near future.

Wonderful, hospitable, thoughtful Vrbo Property
This vacation home was wonderful. The property owners strive to have anything you might need on hand from extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair dryer, coloring books, games, spices in the kitchen, extra blankets in every bedroom, fans in every bedroom, and quarters for the few arcade games that needed them. Property owner messaged daily to see if we needed anything and was very helpful with recommendations for things to do with the kids and where to eat. Plenty of room for our family of seven. The kids loved having their own area downstairs. Just side note. This didn’t affect our stay, but just something I noticed since I have a brother-n-law in a wheel chair this property is not wheel-chair accessible. The stairs going to bottom level are a little steep, not a problem for the kids, but a little bit of an issue for my mother.

First but not last visit to Farm Arcade
Our host reached out to welcome us before we arrived. When our flight to Denver was delayed and we didn't reach the house until dark, we were met with a colorfully lit driveway entrance and well-lit front porch. Access into the house was super easy. Once inside, we found a lovely basket of snacks, bottles of local wine, and a wickedly funny greeting card. The rooms are exactly like the photos, and the boys went directly to the arcade games! The eat-in kitchen is well-provisioned with cooking and serving utensils. The bed linens and bath towels are like the ones we've found in the best hotels. The house is conveniently located between Boulder and Longmont, and within a couple hours' drive to skiing. There is a lake with walking trail nearby where we saw ice-fishermen and a hawk. Overall, this was a perfect house for our group, and we will definitely return!
