"Property was nice, clean, easy access to many places. Huge back yard, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for us. It was winter, so we did not utilize the screen porch or the deck so much, this would be a great place for summer visits. Overall, not a bad choice if you want a place to stay in Easthampton. "

Fidelis was attentive, kind, and responded quickly to any issues in the property. The place itself was truly like home away from home and convenient to stores, shopping and public transportation. "Our visit at this VRBO was almost excellent… the only issue we had was with theTVs. We could not get the TVs in the bedroom to work. Cleanliness was exceptional! Availability of food/meal supplies was great. It was nice that there was ice already made for us. The towel and wash cloths were fluffy and absorbent. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. We cannot say there was anything that did not meet expectations! Anyone would be comfortable there. We would book again. "

"This property appeared to be recently built. While the neighborhood is nice and appeared to be safe, there were not enough utensils for the 6 people in our party. I also requested the check-in code at least the night before we arrived and that did not happen. As of the morning we flew out to Hartford, I hadn't received the check in code...very frustrating. "We liked this property a lot! PROS: Great location, very clean, and clear communication with hosts. We will plan to stay again and have my in laws rent out the duplex unit next door. Be sure to check out the co-op grocery store 5 min away - so good. CONS The bathroom is VERY small and the door doesn’t close all the way.
