The former monastery ''Ruin of the Church of Our Lady/Wolfer Monastery' in Traben-Trarbach is certainly worth a visit. Beautiful Trier, Germany's oldest city, can also be visited by boat across the Moselle. The accommodation boasts a beautiful interior and the elegant living room with flat-screen TV, pallet heating and fine dining table is perfect for a cosy evening catching up with your loved ones.
