"Alongside the A1 but you would never know, so quiet. Convenient back road into Bamburgh and loveky view across farmland. Breakfast was excellent cereals, fruit juice, toast and jams. 2 sausages, 2 bacon, beans, hash browns and choice of how your eggs cooked. Also ate in the restaurant and cafe both excellent. Room was clean, tea coffee and good shower. Stayed four nights, couldn't fault it. Staff really nice. "

"Lovely hotel, plenty of space, great atmosphere, lovely grounds. The breakfast was a little limited and the spa are felt a bit municipal but was just what was needed."

"Incredible dog friendly hotel with on site restaurant. The room with an external door was ideal for letting the dog out easily. Very clean and lovely place. "
