"It was an easy check in and we were able to park our car while we are gone for a week. $15 a night to park at the hotel, but worth it. The airport shuttle was there and waiting for us when we were checking out of the hotel. "

"Unfortunately the cleaning staff cleared out our room prior to our check out time of 11:00. We returned to our room 30 prior to check out time and the key didn’t work. We had to be let back in by cleaners. All the food and beverages in our fridge had been discarded. All items cleared from the room. We had to go to housekeeping office to collect our belongings. We spoke with Duty Manager to report the incident. No compensation for discarding food and beverages to include a bottle of wine "

"My first room smelled and was dirty. I asked for another room and the staff obliged. That room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Even the non-smoking halls smelled of marijuana. Sometimes parking is scarce. But overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and the restaurant downstairs has a good breakfast and good service."

"I was very impressed with the airport hotel. The lobby is modern and sleek. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Happy hour made me happy. The room's furnishings were modern and very comfortable. It looks like it was is was renovated recently.... Most important - my early morning flight was canceled and I was rescheduled for 10PM.. They allowed me to stay until 2 in the room to relax and get some sleep. That is customer service!"

"The sunrises with Mt. Rainier in view were spectacular and could be viewed from both floors. We found everything that we needed to cook and hang out enjoying the house."

"I can say this has been one if the best experience I had with VRBO. The house was as amazing and had such a great at home feel to it. The host was so kind and helpful with accommodating our stay. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a wonderful home to stay in. We will definitely be booking again!"
