We enjoyed our stay! We had all the necessaries for a few days at the beach. It’s a great price point if you’re just looking for a little rest on the beach. There are local restaurants just a few miles down the road. The only think I would suggest is that the property provide a broom for the room. You’re at the beach so of course, there is going to be sand. We are planning on coming back.

Great little place and location
We stayed at this unit for four nights and had a great stay. The bed was pretty comfortable, kitchenette was a big money saver and the shower had great pressure. I like that the beach is just steps away and there is a pool as well, so you have it all there, including a little rabbit out back. The ac wall unit was a little loud at times but not an impediment to sleeping.

If you are looking to be right on the beach then this is the place. Check in was flawless. And Sue could not have been nicer. What a nice relaxing quiet week. The room was very clean and perfect for the amount of time we spent in it.

Nice Place
Based on the pictures and the description, I was under the impression that this was a condo, but I realize now that it was a motel. The property is nice and includes beach towels as well as chairs and umbrellas for the beach. This particular unit was a little worn out and had a bit of a musty smell, but it went away after the first night. The staff was very nice and attentive.

It was ok the shower current had mold on it, bed springs seemed old!! Otherwise Ok!! Wish I would have known it wasn’t on the water!! Every other unit was.

Rhe bed had a whole and needs a new mattress. Lighting in kitchen area required light bulbs changed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not maintained amd was difficult finding ones that were not broken. There was also a strong oder in the room.

Long Boat Disapointment
The Property had major issues. First a huge Water stain is the forst thing you see when you enter. The Air is insufficient to cool the space and it was not hot. The Bathroom has a non-functional sink. You have to shave, Brush yor teeth and wash up in the kitchen sink. The Bed is like a Pocono Mountain Summer Camp post WW2 Cot. The bed is unsleepable. Coils in your back, you wake up the other person in the room when you get up as it creaks lodly and in an annoying way. This property needs imprivement. Not only would I not recommend. I am out on all VRBO.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is smaller than the pictures, but that was manageable. During the first day, the bathroom faucet wasn't working. They replaced it in a day. Then it rained one night during our stay and there was a leak from one of the windows near the dresser. The management didn't seem too concerned about it. They said they were going to address it after we left. Luckily, only a few of our clothes got wet. The room had three coffee cups and one drinking glass (though there were plenty of wine glasses) and limited plates and silverware. Also, there was no membership to the Cedars Tennis resort listed in your description. The front desk said that the owner never paid for a temporary membership. Since we were out of the room a lot it was okay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

UPfront about Airconditioning. Not Central Air.
Over all stay was ok but need to let people know RM220 has small window unit not large enough the cool room in Florida Heat. Even thought it was a new A/C unit. Maybe Upgrade to split system A/C unit. Also would be nice if some of the pillows were replaced as they had a smell. Linens covering bed had holes. Incomplete eating utensils IE. only knife and spoons no forks in room. Toilet wobbled when you sat on it. Might want to turn hot water heater down to prevent scalding of clients (I almost burnt myself) in shower. Make sure rooms refrigerator is functioning. They had to replace while we stayed there. They lady in the office at our time of arrival did everything possible to correct the errors of the A/C unit which a portable unit was brought into the room but it was loud to listen to. But it solved the hot room problem. Really need to do a review of the essentials in the room. IE only 1/2 a blender unit in room. Details are important to guest.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was deceptive. The price quoted was $247 and it indicated the lovely beach and views of the water. When we arrived we learned we had no choice but to climb up an outdoor staircase with our heavy suitcases (my husband is 92) with no elevators. We then found the room, while nice and clean, was cramped and there were NO viewsWhen inquiring we learned ours was the ONLY unit in the complex without a view of the beach and water...and with no patio or balcony(which the others all did)The desk attendant was pleasant, but no help when we complainedThe total cost, with the additional fees added on, took it from the #247 a night to just short of $400 a night. NOT worth it without a view, a patio or a balconyNo comforter or heavier blanket available, only one thin layerNo grab bars in the shower, which my husband felt made it very unsafeAlso, although a cleaning charge was added on, we were instructed to strip the beds, take the trash out, run the dishwasher, etc...yet an envelope was left to leave tips for the maid!!NOT a good value We felt deceived

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was great! The location is incredible, your minutes away from everything. Publix and CVS are a 2 min drive away. The room is just what you need, a bed and a shower. The bathroom sink is horrible, it has zero water pressure which makes it hard to wash your hands, teeth, face you name it. The shower however is the opposite which is funny, great water pressure but the hot water is VERY hot. We would definitely stay here again since we did it for the beach access which is steps away but the bed is horrible. We didn’t really get much sleep, the springs are shot. I would say if they got a new bed we would probably stay in the same room.
