Country Club Long Boat Key Beach Villa 2B 3BA Pool No Hurricane Damage

Villa is 15 steps from your own private sugar sand bay beach. Cedars East Resort is a unique vacation getaway nestled within palms and mangrove trees. Enjoy the walk to the pool along cedar plank walking paths throughout the property. Canals and a bay side fishing dock enhance the tropical feeling of this beautiful setting.

With the townhouse setting there is a feeling of privacy and ā€œelbow roomā€ missing at other tightly packed facilities. There is a spacious one-car enclosed garage and plenty of guest parking. This unit is steps away from the mini bay beach where you can launch a kaiak, lounge on a raft, or wade in the crystal clear bay water. Nearby are nature paths and a 32 acre nature preserve with walking trails.

Fresh accessories, new windows and fresh paint were added in late 2020, and furnished with the help of a professional designer. Newer queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and overstuffed chair in living area with 9 foot ceilings give a spacious, comfortable feel. Our accessories give it a warm, inviting atmosphere: HD TV with Netflux and YouTube TV in living area and bith befrooms. The large great room, dining room, and kitchen are on the main floor along with a half bath. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, private bath, and double vanities. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a full bath next door. Sofa in living room converts to a queen bed. A screened lanai with a small bay view is a great place for breakfast in the mornings. Come and enjoy a setting that is family-friendly as well as intimate. Full size washer and dryer near bedrooms. Brand new this season: Fluffy white towels in the master bath and thick coral towels in the second full bath. 4 oversized beach towels new too.

Area is perfect for cycling and you'll see many cyclists on the roads and walkways. A bike rental shop is nearby.

Very comfortable and clean
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhome. It was bright and cheerful and very clean. We appreciated how comfy the beds were. The beach was a short walk. And just around the corner steps away was a tide pool that we could go explore marine life during low tide. That was a favorite for our family. The sunset at the beach is incredible. They had everything we needed for our stay. We will stay at this townhome again.

Great Spring Getaway

Fun in the Sun
Fantastic place that was located minutes from beachesā€¦where we spent a lot of time. Close to interesting attractions such as Ringling Museums, tours and shopping. This location is quiet and feels like you are at home but with sun and sand. Definitely going to come back here!

Wonderful stay
We so enjoyed our time in this condo. It was quiet and so lovely. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. It was cold the first few days so just stayed in and cooked and played games but plenty of room to spread out. Will definitely stay again sometime.

Longboat Key condo
We had a great four week stay. The location is perfect with just a short drive to Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach and St Armond's Square. Durante Park is less than 1 mile away for walks or runs. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors very friendly with lots of dogs. The condo has a very convenient lay out with a kitchen, dining and living area on the 1st floor and two bedrooms and two walk in showers on the 2nd floor. The king bed was very comfortable. We couldn't ask for anymore.

Great Location
This is a nice quiet location on LBK. The condo has everything you would need for your stay. The owners were very nice and very responsive to any issues and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was going well. The unit is older and could use some updating but it was very clean.

Exceptional Getaway
This place comes as advertised: clean, modern, safe.Everything you need for relaxing is already there. We stayed for 9 days and very comfortably with 2 pups in some very hot/humid weather. Small beaches w/in walking distance, larger ones a short drive. Owner was super-responsive sending a replacement coffee-maker "next day" delivery. Highly recommend if you want to check out AMI, Longboat and Lido Keys.

Elicia was very cooperative in responding to our questions. The neighborhood was very quiet. The home had everything that was needed for cooking. We went to Coquina Beach every day (3.5 miles away). We also enjoyed sitting on the bay (2 minute walk) between high & low tide watching the boats fly by. We usually had the pool to ourselves. We'll be back! Pat & Ingrid

AMAZING STAY. We just keep coming back because we love this place!!
Our third time back to this same vacation rental on Longboat Key. We have stayed in the complex in the past and keep coming back to this super clean, well maintained condo. Updated bath, and brand new kitchen appliances since last time we were here. We also noticed there were new sofas and comfy beds. We are extremely appreciative of the friendly hosts who always make it easy with all of the beach stuff (wagon, chairs cooler, bikes etc) in the garage. She even sent me a wine opener on Amazon since there wasnā€™t one there this time. Loved it all! We are already booked for next year.

Wonderful and Accommodating Owners
We had a very nice stay in this clean, comfortable and functional townhouse. Having access to the bay and a short walk to the beach were fantastic. The area offers a market and restaurants within walking distance and a great swimming pool for those who enjoy lap swimming or just relaxing by a pool. The one negative is the screened in porch faces a courtyard along with a handful of other porches which limits the privacy and solitude. However, despite that minor issue, the experience was fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

2 weeks in Longboat Key
We have been vacationing in Longboat Key the last 5 years. The owners of this property were the most tentative owners we have ever been involved in. They provided us with a number of suggestions regarding what beaches to go to and the many restaurants that were available. Their property was everything that we could ask for. We appreciated the use of the bikes that came with the unit. I loved the showers, that appeared to be pretty new and having the outdoor space for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. Loved having the use of the garage that helped keep our car cool during the very hot days of the Florida sun. Also liked having the garage door openers that made it easy entering and leaving the unit. Looking forward to next year!!

Great place in a quite location.
We absolutely loved this condo. It was great they excepted our 2 small dogs. We rented bikes, and rode them every where. The secret beach on the bay was very cool. We take 2 beach trips every year. We never want to stay at the same place twice. However this community, and condo will be in our future again. Thank you for opening up your condo to us. The only issue we had was with the internet. When it worked it was great. However there were multiple days where the speed would drop to nearly 0. This is not so much an issue with the Condo, but rather the Cable ISP. Again we had an amazing time, and will be back! - Andersons

Unclean, unsafe, place is a dump!
Having grown up in Sarasota Iā€™m very familiar with the area and bring my family ( two young kids) to longboat once a year and had never stayed at Cedar East before. The community is lovely but this condo is not. Upon checking in I discovered dirty glasses put away, floors that had not been washed, pilled sheets with hair on them, mattress covers and pillows with stains all over, and dust covered vents. Besides lack of cleanliness it was dangerous with cracked tiles on the shower floors which could of cut my kids feet, pieces of pant hanging of the walls. The AC on the first floor did not work which the owner said was to be repaired that Monday cause the fan was broken which believe it or not was the least of this placesā€™ issues. Also we were told there was a stain on the master bedroom carpet before checkin in, more like the entire carpet in the condo is stained and needs to be replaced. Since it is spring break there were not many options to move, but I went to the Cedar East office and was able to secure another unit, it was a lower rate and so beautifully kept. But such a huge inconvenience and stress to have on our first couple of days of our vacation. Although I was refunded in the end, I donā€™t want another family to experience this on what is suppose to be a fun, relaxing vacation.

Blissful Abode
Beautiful property located at Cedars Tennis Resort on Longboat Key. It is a short walk to Sarasota Bay and a bike ride to the tennis courts. Or you can walk through the Mangrove Wetlands on the raised walkway to the tennis court and pool. This rental has a large master bedroom on the top floor with large closet, bathroom, shower, two sinks for each guest in the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the other side of the unit with twin beds and a large closet. The second full bath is just outside the door of the second bedroom. A fully equipped washer/dryer is next to the second bedroom. The main floor consists of kitchen, dining area and living room and a screened-in porch with table/chairs and a loveseat. In the garage (bottom floor) are two bikes, plenty of beach equipment and beach chairs. TV's on main floor and each bedroom. New furniture and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. We enjoyed going to the arts and crafts fair at Coquina Beach, Sunbathing at the beach, biking, tennis and pickle ball and eating out at Lazy Lobster, Dry Dock, and other restaurants. Also attended an art fair at the Publix Grocery store lot. The nicest thing about Longboat Key is that there are no touristy stores (except on Bridge Street on Anne Marie Island) and no fast food restaurants. The highway has a walking and biking path and there are few stoplights. So it is very peaceful. Beach access is just a little way down the street from Cedars Entrance.
