Longboat Key was great
The condo was great, right on the beach with easy access. The location in Longboat Key was very nice, a lot of privacy but with shopping, restaurants, within close driving range (10 minutes or so). We will definitely try to come back to this location in the future.

This is our third year spending new years in Sergey’s beautiful apartment. We love this property for its central location, steps to a gorgeous beach, and this beautiful apartment. It’s super clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a great stay.

What a wonderful place to stay the grounds are beautiful it is so quiet peaceful it feels almost home and you like it your private beach and your private residence. Everyone that you there the staff and even the gas were so wonderful and it seemed like everybody had been there many years in a row. That tells you something about a place when people return year after year.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Longboat Key! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We even saw dolphins! The furnishings were clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was right on the water and chairs and umbrellas were provided, which was definitely a plus! The property management company was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing views and the most relaxing vacation!
We just returned home last night and cannot wait to go back. Views are beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. Condo # 301- was very clean and well appointed and exactly as described. Beds are very comfortable too. The grounds are beautifully maintained and everything is so clean. If your looking for a quiet & relaxing vacation I would highly recommend this property. Front office staff Nicole & Rebecca are awesome. Sergey the owner is great to deal with and so accommodating and gets back to you so quickly. I would definitely rent from him again and rent this condo again. Amazing trip - Thank you again Sergey we had an amazing time.

unit ok but some problems with the building
unit very clean. wi fi unacceptable. did not work the first day after that only spotty. kitchen small with no utensils. towels have to obtained and exchanged every few days only.

Beautiful with a few issues
Gorgeous view and beach. Pool was lovely. Located right in middle of long boat. Flew in used Uber. Trolley no longer runs and too far to walk most places. Grocery is 2 miles. Hard to get Uber sometimes. Need to have car. Our fault. Bathroom needs update and whole place needs deep cleaning. Couch had some nasty stain. Construction work was being done on building. Very loud and echoed until 6pm. Manager rude when called. All in all I would stay again and hope that management does better job with cleaning and friendliness.

Was good / owner needs to invest in new mattress especially the Murphy bed mattress was completely shot. Springs showing through mattress / really bummed us out because we wanted to use that to sleep there and listen to the golf. Supper bummed / there was some maintenance issues as well / thank you for your time / Adams

A little beach getaway
What’s not to say about this beautiful property, the view is breathtaking and the picture on the site doesn’t do it justice you just have to see for yourself. The property is very quiet and even though others were staying there it felt very private. The private beach is perfect, the water is clean, warm, and so refreshing. The only thing I can suggest is to update the mattress they are very firm and the bedding is a little dated. The table on the patio is broken and should be replaced. However, the lounger on the patio made up for it, I actually dozed off out the one evening. Even with those very minor things I mentioned above I will still give this property 5 stars and would most definitely stay again!!
