"Disappointed in not getting the room we booked The sinks were blocked and the smoke alarm was dismantled . The staff were excellent and sorted this but it should have been checked before hand"

It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. "We were surprised at how remote the hotel was. Taxi cost 25Euros from train station to this hotel and then, without a car, there was no food nearby except the 10E pizzas (tasty) the hotel offered and 5E beer. there was free transport to the airport. breakfast is not free, but 12.50Euros. Another surprise was that to use the kitchen in your room, there was an additional 10E charge."

"Bright, modern new aparthotel. The one bedroom unit was spacious enough for our family of 4, and both the bed and sofa bed had comfortable mattresses. Nice breakfast. Easy, free parking in garage adjacent to hotel, and there is a tram stop just a few minutes away connecting the hotel to the Metro and city center. Would stay again. "

"The apartment is spacious, but the decor is tired. The area is very quiet: all shops and restaurants are a 20-minute walk away. Convenient for the airport, but if I had to stay for more than a night or two, I’d go elsewhere. "

"The front desk hours were not very consistent. They were closed intermittently throughout the day. My electricity went out on one side of the townhome. The stairs were old/loud when walking up and down. I did like that they had a full kitchen with dishes and pots/plans which is great for long stays for families. "

"We (my mother, neice and I) stayed three nights at this apartment, and it was great! The landlord lived next door, was friendly and very helpful, and was always available if we needed any thing. There was a nice restaurant with a bar at the corner and a grocery and several places to eat within walking distance. The apartment was well-stocked, and we felt right at home there. It was perfect for us."
