Nestled within the trees, this home is ideal for families and friends looking for a peaceful place to host their next adventures! This home offers modern decor throughout and has been recently remodeled to provide total relaxation.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and has everything needed to whip up your best recipes. There is the option of dining indoors or, weather permitting, outdoors. There is also a private gas grill for a summer backyard cookout. Challenge friends or family to one of the many activities in the basement area featuring a complete game room with a Ping-Pong table, foosball table, and an arcade game. There is also a wet bar area and a separate seating area with a large smart TV with streaming services if you prefer to watch some sports.

For a day of adventure, head to Gorilla Cove Treetop Adventures for some zip lining, miniature golf, or a ropes course. You can also experience the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark for a day of waterslides, a lazy river, and indoor/outdoor spas. For the more adventurous, take a hike to the Kalahari waterfalls. Travel just a few miles and bowl a few games at Summit Lanes. During the winter months, grab your skis and hit the slopes at Camelback Ski Resort.

Then, after a full day of your adventures, kick back on the cozy sofa and watch your favorite shows, or grab your beverage of choice and head to the deck for some fresh air and star gazing. If you are exhausted from all of the day's activities, turn on the outdoor hot tub and get ready for a bubbly time. Once you are done, head to one of the comfy bedrooms to melt the day away with a good night's sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: The camera is located on side of the house facing away from areas of expected privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
