"The property is in a beautiful location tucked into the woods backing up to the rifle river. We stayed in November, so we didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit, large back porch, grill, or kayaks, but the setup was great. The house/cabin was clean and had every amenity we needed. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, cable TV, WiFi, etc. Check in/out was very easy and hassle free. Grocery store, gas stations, etc., are about 15 minutes away. Highly recommend."

"The property was wonderful. Tucked in a small neighborhood and feels very secluded. Very scenic little creek running through the backyard makes for a great weekend getaway spot. Great couples cabin, we would definitely stay again!"

"This is a really great place! The location is wonderful! It is right on Peach Lake, with a view of the sunset. The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and two full baths. It is in a nice area that is not far from town, yet far enough away to be out of the main downtown. Communication with Ivy the owner was super easy. We will be back!"

"Absolutely loved this place!! The only downfall was that we were unaware they put ac in the week before we came, so the fans in our car took a lot of room. Water was clean, neighbors were friendly. They had books and board games too. They had more to offer than expected. I ever back."

"Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. "

"Amazing waterfront house exactly as described in the listing. The back porch was amazing for enjoying the view of the water and playing games. House came with many extras compared to previous rental properties. If you are considering booking, I highly suggest moving forward! The communication with the owner was very easy and provided extra details for check-in, house/lake rules and allowed for early check in as we got to town before 4:00. Look forward to another stay at this location. "
