Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. Two dogs under 20lbs are welcome.
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• There is room for two COMPACT vehicles. One in the garage, One in the driveway.
• 110v trickle charge outlet. Extension cord not provided.
• No parking or driving on rocks between driveways.
• Failure to comply will result in vehicles being towed at owner's expense

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Provided Amenities: Pack'n'play, highchair, baby gate, plastic plates.
