Welcome to Beach Daze, your idyllic coastal haven for the ultimate beach retreat! This newly built home is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the sugar sand beaches of Long Beach, offering a prime location minutes away from Downtown Long Beach, the Mississippi Aquarium, shopping, dining, casinos, and more!

Accommodating a total of 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children comfortably), Beach Daze is a spacious sanctuary with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and almost 1500 square feet of at-home comforts. Whether you're basking in the sun-kissed beauty of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, enjoying family adventures, or exploring the local attractions, Beach Daze invites you to relax and unwind with your loved ones.

Living Space:
Sink into the plush comfort of two large couches, a chair with an ottoman, and enjoy entertainment on the large flat-screen TV.

Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, general utensils, a coffee maker (both Keurig and regular), toaster, tea kettle, waffle maker, dinnerware, drinkware, pots, pans, and ample storage. The kitchen island/breakfast bar provides seating for 2.

Dining Room:
Gather around the dining table with seating for 4, and a high chair is available for the little ones. The dining area also features a desk and chair, perfect for any remote work you might need to tackle during your vacation.

Master Bedroom:
Retreat to the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious closet, dresser with a mirror, flat-screen TV, and a desk and chair for those who need a workspace.

Master Bathroom:
The ensuite master bathroom features a convenient shower/tub combo.

Guest Bedroom 2:
Find comfort in the second guest bedroom with a king-size bed, dresser with a mirror, closet, and a flat-screen TV.

Guest Bathroom:
Located between Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3, the guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.

Guest Bedroom 3:
Perfect for the younger ones, Guest Bedroom 3 features double sets of twin bunk beds, a dresser, closet, and a flat-screen TV.

Laundry:
Conveniently located in the hallway, the laundry area includes a full-size washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoor Space:
The upstairs deck offers a spectacular Gulf view, providing an ideal spot to soak in the coastal ambiance.

Parking:
Park with ease in the driveway with space for 4 cars (please avoid parking underneath the house).

· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds, towels, & beach towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.
