WINTER TRAVEL
-If your stay is canceled due to severe weather or if the cabin is not accessible due to heavy snow, we will notify you 24 hours before check-in to reschedule your stay or issue you a refund.
-Fortunately, Long Barn can get a lot of snow in the winter. This is amazing for skiing and snowboarding, but it is in your best interest to have a plan in the event of a storm. The county plows all of the roads, including neighborhood roads when it snows, but they only come around a few times a day. We also pay to have our driveway cleared before your arrival. Be mindful of the road conditions and plan your vehicle choice accordingly. We highly recommend that you carry chains and/or have 4 wheel drive.
-If you are traveling during active snowfall, you might be required to shovel to access the cabin.
