Lake Front property with everything your friends and family need. Fish the "Best Catfish Lake in Texas", paddle board or kayak, swim, hang out by the fire pit, or relax under the pavilion.

This newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath home has an open floorpan with views overlooking the lake. Relax in the screened in porch and take in the amazing sunsets. Hang out in the game room with pool table, dart board and two sofa beds (separate from the home).

Cast a line off the dock or use the boat lift to secure your boat during your stay. Two paddle boards and one kayak are provided for your use.

The property features include propane grill and pellet smoker, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and WiFi.

Located just 50 minutes East of Dallas and 45 minutes North of Canton Trade days.

50 AMP RV plug is available for an additional fee.

Fantastic house!
This was the first time my family visited Lake Tawakoni and we had a great time! This host has a fantastic set up from the house to the fire pit to the kayak and paddle boards! My kids, husband and I had a very relaxing visit! My personal favorite part was the fire bit that faced the lake! Nothing like some morning coffee with a fantastic view.

Family weekend getaway
My family and I arrived Friday and it was very easy to get in with the electronic locks. The entire home has been remodeled with all new appliances and furniture. The place was very nice and everything worked including the a/c which is a plus here in Texas. The fishing and boat dock was very rooming and the boat slip works. My mother and sister had a blast on the dock fishing all day and night. I will be going back to this place as well as i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Great stay
This is such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay on the lake. Gorgeous views from the windows and lots of space inside. My kids loved running around the yard and of course all the fishing. We will definitely stay here again.
