This is a stunning and quirky loft style apartment with high ceilings and a great location near the Battersea square and Chelsea across Battersea bridge. A double-height living room with a downstairs master ensuite. Upstairs is a king size bedroom looking down into the living room; and up a ladder is the quirky mezzanine room with a king size bed with a low ceiling, ideal for kids but also roomy enough for adults for the occasional night. The apartment is newly decorated and equipped.

This is a modern duplex loft-style apartment with private access and a great location near Battersea square and Chelsea across Battersea bridge.

A large open-plan living area with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV lead into a built-in fully-equipped kitchen will all the modern appliances you need to cook a delectable meal.
Off of the main reception is a guest toilet complete with a full-length mirror. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom in travertine, with a large sink with storage.
Stairs lead to a second bedroom with king size bed and wardrobes. This bedroom has a stunning white and slate shower and built-in sink and storage over, complete with a full-length mirror.
Competing for the apartment is a quirky and private third mezzanine room with king size mattress, wardrobes and steps from both the living area and a door into the bathroom. This is ideal for children, but it’s s also suitable if you are six people.
The apartment is newly decorated and equipped and is a short walk to Chelsea and Battersea square. There is underfloor heating and air conditioning included.
A secure underground parking space is available by arrangement. Free on-street parking is available as well.

The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that additional linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.

Unauthorized late check-out will be charged £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Also, please be respectful towards the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
