- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).
- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no camera's inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.
- Quiet hours 20:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/VISITORS are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you will invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges £30 for early check-in and £ 12 for bag drop-off to get this organize with the cleaning team.
