VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING,
VERY GOOD. VERY POLITE CAREING STAFF. WONDERFULL TO BE ABLE TO GET A COFFEE OR A DRINK TILL ONE IN THE MORNING. GOOD VARIETYOF FOOD I WILL HAVE NO HESITATION IN SINGING YOUR PRAISES. JUST A LITTLE THING PERHAPS THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE SMALL. BUT YOU ARE ONLY THER TO SLEEP! SO NO MATTER..ALSO FABULOUSE TO FIND A TV WORKING PERFECTLY.

Small rooms, great Staff
Showed up a little early and room was ready but when we walked in not prepared for how small they actually are. On week # 2 of a U.K. trip that involved golfing, no room for clubs in room or even suitcases with no wardrobe only a few hooks on the wall to hang things. Staff put clubs into storage for the week, had to take the chair out of the room to put one suitcase under the nightstand and put the other under the bed. One person probably not a big deal but for a couple in the middle of a vacation very undersized to the point of only one person gets dressed at a time! Staff was great and all requests were met with a smile, warm response and handled quickly. Breakfast and evening wine & cheese were well laid out, tidy with good service.

Small but chic
Loved this hotel. Room was very small but smart and modern. Great for a couple of nights. Would prefer small room of this standard than a larger tired run down room. Hotel really smart and great location really really close to Leicester Square and Picadilly. Staff very friendly. Complimentary cheese and wine from 5-8pm, offered a free drink as well when got back in the evening. Fantastic buffet breakfast too. Would definitely go again.
