I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel. It has every amenity and a top-notch breakfast (get the full grid!), and it’s family owned and operated, so there’s very much a personal touch. Conveniently located near Victoria, but also in a quiet little part of Pimlico. Highly recommended!

I stayed several days at the Windermere Hotel. Easy walking distance to Victoria Coach station. I stayed in a single room, which was below ground. The room was small and very clean and the bed very comfortable. I liked that the window opened. The area is very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Great value for the money. I think the only downsides are, it's 15 minute walk to any variety of restaurants, and the front desk staff were standoffish. However, I would definitely return to the Windermere.

Area was nice and felt secure, walking distance to Victoria station and close to nice shops and Harrods. Our hotel room was clean and neat. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Owners are involved in the service and were very pleasant, they even allowed us to leave our luggage as we need to go on a tour after checking out.Overall highly recommended and will definitely stay again if ever we go back to London.

Great stay at the Windermere. The included full breakfast was amazing as was the restaurant staff. It is about a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station which will get you everywhere you want to go.
