We absolutely love this hotel. The staff are amazing, friendly and efficient and can’t do enough to help. We’ve stayed twice now and both times they exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is the best! Try the pancakes … delicious ❤️❤️. It genuinely feels like you are going home when you go back to this hotel, you get a personal service here you don’t see often these days and we didn’t even have to give our room number as the staff memorise your name and which room you are in!! We will definitely be staying here every time we visit London 👌👌❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the Milestone. The hotel is historically charming, beautifully, well-appointed with nice amenities. It’s a five star hotel that gives you the feeling of luxury. The rooms are small by American standards -we did have to wrestle with the height of the shower. But, that’s part of the charm of a historic building. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Steve is a true gem and went out of his way to be helpful and courteous. Overall, we found all Londoner’s to be extremely kind and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The milestone is a truly lovely hotel. The decor is exquisite and the staff is second to none. They worked very hard to make our stay lovely and accommodated our every request. We would definitely go back again. The in-house bar is terrific and a nice place to cap off a long day. This hotel deserves its 5-star rating!
