Summary:
An open, modern flat with a balcony overlooking an expansive shared garden. Located in the gorgeous area of Little Venice, this apartment is everything you need for a convenient yet suburban and peaceful stay in London. It is decorated with a French baroque inspired feel. With a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an abundance of cookware and utensils this will become a home away from home. This apartment is perfect for couples or friends who want a cosy and classy space to relax in.

The Space:
This light one bedroom one bathroom open top floor apartment overlooks a lush green communal garden. The space itself is modern with a touch of French romance. Fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, microwave and oven, toaster and kettle you will be right at home. The pictures say more than words ever could- so have a browse...

Guest Access:
The whole flat is yours to enjoy, including the balcony and communal garden.

The Neighborhood:
A village type neighbourhood with restaurants, bars, pubs and coffee shops as well as a hairdresser, nail salon and massage spa. This area has everything you need. Not to mention a hardware store and convenience store for all emergency supply needs. It is a 2 minute walk to Warwick Avenue underground station (on the bakerloo line) which gets you into central London in 5 minutes.
Otherwise stroll along the little Venice canal to Paddington and enjoy the boat houses and natural scenery.

Getting Around:
The underground is a 2 minute walk as well as buses that go in all directions around London.
In addition taxis and uber are a great way to get around in London without the hassle of parking.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is not an ACTUAL treehouse :)
There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment so it is not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Please note there is construction in the house next door. Works are only allowed to take place between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday - Friday, no works will be completed over weekends. Any noise is set to finish end of 2024.

Lovely quiet London stay
The apartment is on the top floor (3rd), in the roof line, of a nice building in Maida Vale. It has a wonderful view of the huge residents-only private garden (like a park) behind the flats. The flat is much more spacious than I expected. It is light and airy and has everything I needed. There are some thoughtful touches, like sugar, tea, and coffee. I would certainly stay here again.
