Enjoyed our stay!
My wife, two adult children, and I stayed in the Chelsea Cottage for about a week. It's in a great location, just a short walk from the Fulham Broadway tube station, and close to grocery stories, restaurants, shops, etc.
Since it's off of the main street and in a gated community, there's little if any road noise, and we never once heard our neighbors even though walls are shared. The house is under a flight path, so you'll hear planes passing overhead when you're outside, but it's hardly noticeable inside the house. Additionally, there are railway tracks nearby, but the trains are short, not very loud, and rarely pass by late at night.
The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is equipped with the basics you need to cook some meals at home. The dining room is big enough for four to sit comfortably, and the living area is roomy enough to spread out a bit.
We had plenty of towels and bed linens, as well as a few dishwasher detergent tabs, bin liners, etc., to get started with before running to the shops.
If you arrive early and can't check in, you can check your luggage with Radical Storage, who have a location just steps from the Fulham Broadway station, for a reasonable price.
The Fox and Pheasant is right at the entrance to the neighborhood and is a very pleasant pub -- great for a pint or a bite to eat.
All in all, we had a great stay at The Chelsea Cottage, and would definitely stay there again.
