Nice hotel picked for location, it was convenient for where we were going on this trip. A couple of underground stations nearby also helped. The hotel was clean, had a nice bar, the breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly and attentive. The room was sizeable, clean with a nice size bathroom as well. All very nice a would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at The Chamberlain and cannot recommend it enough. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the breakfast more than substantial with an excellent buffet and menu choice. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent including the bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, great towels and toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Fabulous location for exploring London. Room was a little dated in some aspects but very clean and comfortable and plenty big enough for our needs. Nice to have a bit of character to it rather than the standard box you get with some chains. Breakfast was good, and there was a very nice bar area. Would happily stay again.

Comfortable hotel in a great place for visits to Tower of London and with good bus/tube and boat connections to rest of central London. Our room was clean and comfortable with all we needed for our stay. Water,tea and coffee etc in the room. Breakfast was good and as well as continental there are cooked to order options. The staff are wonderful!

Pleasant suprise. Nice comfortable room with many extras including a small bottle of real milk in the fridge. Would definitely return. Pretty good breakfast. This hotel is easily as good as the now declining Malmason

We had a bad situation. My husband was sick, was staying in bed for the day.. We got a knock on the door. Maintenance had to come in to check on a Leak on our Toilet. Then, we had to be moved to another room. I was gone for the day, when this happened. So, he was moved to another room. We were supposed to get the last day of stay taken off our Bill for the inconvenience.. Haven't seen that yet, They said it was because we booked thru Hotels.com..

Fantastic location near the tower bridge. Breakfast was included and very good. Service excellent. A bit dated. The carpets beed to be replaced. But the beds were great! I would stay here again
