It’s a two-minute walk to Kings Cross, London’s central station,
which has all four main Underground lines as well as national trains and constant buses in every direction.
You can be anywhere in central London, either by foot or on the tube, in less than 20 minutes. Get out there!
Recently renovated and redesigned with travelers in mind. Check-in is via a lockbox with keys, so you won’t need to rush to meet anyone. You won’t need to hang around at check-out either - just put the keys back.
The bed has hotel-quality linens on, and the whole property is professionally cleaned.
Towels and toiletries are provided. Music to the ears of weary travelers!

Note: that it's relatively very small however it feels very cozy and comfortable.

- That the entrance and hallway going into the unit is relatively quite slim
- This studio is smaller than usual but big in comfort and amenities! (believe me, it can't be smaller;)
- this studio does not have an oven but does have a kettle, toaster, and microwave.
-It’s suitable for a single person.
-It’s not far from a railway, so if you’re a super light sleeper please use earplugs.
- TV does not have FTA - free to air (local) channels, tv can be connected to wifi using your device or as soon as the listing's wifi becomes available.
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
