Newly refurbished interior designed studio located in the most vibrant, sort-after part of Chelsea just off the famous Kings Road. The property is located in a very secure and well-managed block of apartments with a lift and concierge.

With all the shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas and galleries of Chelsea at your doorstep, you couldn't ask for a better location.

The property has been completely refurbished with a modern kitchen and bathroom. It comes with a smart TV connected to the internet and Free Wi-Fi.

With large windows and high ceilings in every room, this apartment feels quite bright and spacious for a studio. It's warm and cozy with all the modern comforts of a 5-star hotel suite.

It comes fully furnished in a modern contemporary style with luxury wood floors, underfloor heating, double-glazed secure lockable windows, remote-controlled LED mood lighting, central heating, lots of storage, and a central fireplace.

Clean linen, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel/soap, pots and pans, cutlery are all provided.

Tired apartment but in great location.
We stayed here for over two weeks and worked during the day in the apartment so I am going to be more critical than if I were there for just a short vacation. The apartment is small with a window that looks onto a sort of back alleyway. There is a metal stair right outside the window that staff and tenants use to throw out the trash so we had to keep the blinds mostly closed for privacy. We planned on cooking during our stay but the refrigerator wasn't working and spoiled most of our food. It seems the freezer needed to be defrosted which should have been done before our arrival. Many of the pots were dirty. There is no dishwasher. In the bathroom there is only a handshower and it is not adjustable so it sprays water horizontally. There is no power outlet in the bathroom so I had to use an extension cord to use the hair dryer. There was a makeshift wood panel behind the toilet which needed repair. Overall the apartment needs updating as many things were worn out or broken. But like the title reads, the apartment location was perfect. The neighborhood is great and access to public transportation was top.

Unfortunate Experience
We actually did not end up staying here. I filtered for 1 bedroom when I booked last fall. This flat popped up and it was listed as an 1 bedroom in the summary detail, and location was ok and pictures looked good. On arrival we discovered it was a studio, no bedroom. It was located in the back lower corner of the building with window looking out to a dark lower walkway. The pictures showed a bright spacious flat. It was dark, damp and there was paint peeling off the walls in places. I contacted the host to advise it was not as advertised and requested a refund. He was extraordinarily rude, stated I had not read the listing and under no circumstances was I getting a refund. I booked another place and tried to work with VRBO to address the situation and who ended up being no help. The listing was changed by the next day with studio noted in the listing detail. The host sent a very disrespectful email to VRBO about me which they sent on to me. It was evident VRBO is nothing more than a listing site. End of week I went back to the flat took pictures as evidence the flat was left in the exact condition as when we arrived.

Great Location
Michael was an excellent host, always quick with his responses and helpful. The location is ideal; quiet, close to public transportation, and shops. The only reason I didn’t give a five star overall review is because the apartment is in need of a paint touch up.

Great location , too small a space for long stays !
Location was fabulous , lots of good stores , eating establishments across from the park , walk to transportation was good! But last minute communication from host regarding being approached by tenants in the building was unnerving ! Murphy drop down bed challenging as you have to be tall to reach the strap to pull down there are No hydraulics , not conducive for elderly or people with physical challenges or disabilities.

Plum location
We loved our time here and any lack of space was well and truly compensated for with location. We walked to Buckingham Palace on our first day. So easy. The bed is comfortable and the flat pleasant, even in a London heatwave, albeit the fan got a good workout! Michael was an attentive host and prompt communicator. Thanks for everything.

This property is actually very small and the photos online are quite deceiving. When the bed is down there is very little room left to walk around and virtually no where to put suitcases. The furniture ie table/chairs/lounge is way too large for the room and should be downsized to give more space. It is quite dark as the apt is in the basement and therefore hardly any light comes in. The tube is a good 15-20 walk away. The key pick up is in the opposite direction to the tube therefore making it difficult to catch the tube to the apt prior to picking up the key. The apartment was clean and most things worked well. However a washing machine and dryer are advertised in the add, but there is no clothes dryer, only a clothes airer. It was ok overall, however I would not stay again in this location.

Comfortable apartment in great location
We had a really pleasant week staying in this comfortable bedsit apartment located very close to Kings Road Chelsea. The apartment is very well equipped, eg, cooking facilities, full size fridge and freezer, washing machine, spacious shower, comfortable bed. The pull down Murphy bed provides space when needed and a comfortable bed for night. We really appreciated having good bedside reading lamps, something often missing in rental accommodation. It is only a few minutes walk to Sth Kensington station which is on the Picadilly Line that goes to Heathrow, also on the Circle and District lines. Major museums such as V & A, Natural History Museum, Science Museum are all within an easy walking distance, close to Sth Kensington station. There is a Waitrose supermarket around the corner in Kings Rd and a M & S Foodhall a little further down Kings Rd. St Luke’s Church adjoins the neighbouring park and there is a lovely cafe located on the front veranda and in the church foyer. It sold the best value coffee and hot choc that we had in London. It is an easy walk along Kings Rd to Sloane Square and then over the bridge to Battersea Power Station. Communication with Michael the host was very easy and effective, the self check in worked well for us. In the past when visiting London we have stayed in hotels but we found this a much more pleasant option when visiting for a week. There are many dining out options quite close by. We highly recommend this apartment.

Kensington Flat
The flat we rented offered everything we needed for our stop in London. The flat was well appointed, clean, in a quiet, safe area and close to the underground, groceries and numerous pubs and shops. The host as very responsive to our questions and made check-in and out easy.

The title states most of my review. The location for this property is excellent. The flat is cozy and comfortable. I was happy that it contained everything needed to cook and store food. Michael was responsive and nice during my booking and during my stay. I would recommend this location to adults looking to stay in a location with excellent access to public transportation.

Not quite perfect, but…
I’d give this apartment 4.5 stars if allowed. Overall I would recommend as a base to explore, but can’t give a perfect score. Given its smaller size it is probably best suited for a place to sleep/eat and not necessarily for hanging out. Attractive place to grab a nap after a busy day before heading to a local pub. As others have mentioned, the location to explore Chelsea is great…very near Kings Road and all it has to offer, yet somewhat ‘isolated’, across the street from St Luke’s church and park. Wonderful gems of pubs (including The Sydney Arms around the corner and The Surprise of Chelsea). Access to transportation ( bus, underground ) really good and a very short walk to the Thames and it’s riverside park ( Battersea) and access to the Uber river boat connecting to all of London’s sights. Communication with Michael was very fast and almost instantaneous. We’d stay again if back exploring London.

Chelsea near Kings Road
The property is certainly compact but in a good location. The only surprise was there was no view with it being in the lower level, which accentuated the fact that it was small. We preferred using the S. Kensington station, walking past a nice park in a nice neighborhood, avoiding the busy Kings Road. The wifi didn't work the entire time we were there although the Owner tried his best to remedy the situation.

Perfect couples getaway
Everything was lovely. Between grocery only a block away, easy access to public transit, and the most comfortable home away from home, this is the place for you. The apartment had everything you would need, and the owner was kind enough to check in a couple times to see if we needed anything. Really, we didn't, but it was nice to know he was available if needed. My husband and I really enjoyed our first visit to London! Thanks Michael!

What an amazing find! Perfect location for London home base. We were blessed with an amazing month at Michael’s flat. The perfect studio was all we needed. Beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. If you are looking for an amazing property in an amazing location, stop searching and book this flat now! My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Michael's flat for 30 days and we could not have been more pleased. The location is top notch! You will literally be steps away from being on the King's Road which is loaded with shopping and every kind of food you can imagine. From high-end dining to sushi or Five Guys Burgers and Fries, you'll find whatever you're craving just a short walk away from the flat. There are two nearby grocery stores, Waitrose and Marks and Spencer. If you are doing a long stay as we did, you will find plenty of fresh food to stock the refrigerator with and four burners in the flat to cook on! The space itself is so well used. The bathroom is modern and there is actually room enough in the shower to wash without banging your arms into the glass. The galley kitchen is well-stocked with pots pans and utensils and there is plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space. The Muphy bed is quite comfortable and worked great for me and my wife. One very underrated aspect of this property is the fact that it is at garden level. Therefore, on the rare occasion that London gets hit with a heat wave, the property stays nice and cool despite the temperatures outside. The building is very quiet making sleep easy whether you choose to have the windows open or closed. There is a full size wardrobe cabinet with a full-length mirror and a cozy little couch and dining room table as well. South Kensington tube station is only a 10-minute walk away and will put you on the tube lines (District, Circle & Picadilly) that matter the most for navigating London. Added Bonus: Just steps from the flat is St. Luke's Garden! This is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee and look at a historic cathedral with a lot of history. It is a little slice of quiet in a big bustling city. There are two really nice pubs within two minutes walking from the flat and a yoga studio about ten minutes away...if that's your thing. Finally, what makes this property special is Michael, the host. Michael checked in with us frequently, provided tips and recommendations, and even set up cleaning services for us part way through our stay. He is a joy to talk to and takes great pride in both the property and the satisfaction of the tenants. We loved our stay and would rebook this property in a heartbeat should we ever return to London. Thanks, Michael!

Très agréable séjour
Il faut aller chercher les clés dans un petit commerce pas très loin de l'appartement. Le studio est au sous-sol mais avec une grande fenêtre donnant sur l'arrière donc très calme et très convenable pour Londres. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut; produit de cuisine et salle de bain. Vous êtes a Londres donc petit mais une fois le lit murale rangé vous avez un bonne espace de vie pour deux personnes maximum. Près de Kings Road rue commerciale et d'un Waitroose (épicerie) au coin de la rue. La station de métro South Kensington est a 10 minutes a pieds ou il y a plusieurs restaurants et Pubs. Je recommande et j'y retournerais. L'hôte a répondu a mes demandes et est très avenant.

Bel appartement très bien situé
Jolie appartement situé à quelques pas d'une magnifique rue commerciale; vous y trouvez restaurants, épiceries, cafés et un superbe restaurant Italien qu'on vous recommande ( made in italy ) . Pensez à réserver en ligne. Le lit escamotable est très confortable. Petit appartement lumineux malgré qu'il soit situé au sous-sol. Michael toujours accessible pour répondre à vos questions. It's a sweet little property in an amazing location, near kings road and many other sights. The apartment is secure and quiet, perfekt for our needs.
