Lovely apartment, well located!
We stayed here for a week as a family of four. The apartment is newly renovated with lots of premium materials to give it a real loft-life experience (and it’s in the loft of the building). Everything worked as planned - and it was super handy for the tube. Stairs may make it less suitable for old/less able people - but it was good exercise for us.

Great West London Flat
We really enjoyed this west London flat - easy access to the Stamford brook tube station, a Sainsburys for groceries, and also great bus access. Flat was fully equipped - perfect for our family of four in a quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the pubs along the Thames as well as the Duchess just around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay in this flat. The owner was extremely responsive and very kind. We had everything we needed available to us in the flat, including all kitchen, utensils, dishes, hairdryers, etc. We would not hesitate at all to stay here again.

We Loved our Stay!
This flat is beautiful and had everything we needed. We appreciated the short walk to the tube and easy access to everything we wanted to do in London. We also enjoyed the neighborhood - especially the nearby grocer and the pub around the corner!! Nearby Richmond was also a lovely place to spend the evening. The host could not have been more accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything. We only saw one neighbor and he was lovely. I highly recommend!!

A wonderful spot!
A really well appointed, spacious and quiet apartment in West London/Chiswick. As the pictures depict - if not better in person! In a lovely residential neighbourhood and a quiet well kept building - walking distance (5 minutes) to the Tube and the High Street which has restaurants and shops. Easy to get to from Heathrow and to access the City. The hosts were great - we had an issue that was quickly addressed and resolved. Easy check in process. Will definitely stay again when back in London.

Girl’s trip to London
Emily’s flat was an absolutely lovely place to call home while we explored London! The tube station was a super easy walk, making it simple to get around Central London as needed. We were also very close to a bus stop as well. Be ready to climb a lot of stairs, both to get up to the flat and once you’re inside. The space is well organized and so cute! The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to have a night in, but we also took advantage of the two pubs that were within walking distance. We had some drama arriving in London, but Emily was extremely easy to work with and checked in to make sure we had what we needed! Can’t recommend this lovely spot more!

Good little flat
The only complaint I have about this flat is the stairs but I got over that as soon as I saw the inside of the flat. The flat was clean & tidy. The accommodations were comfortable & it felt very homey. The property owner let us check in early (which was a god sent because I was under the weather & needed to sleep) overall this flat was awesome & the owners are awesome too

Close to tube, large windows, lots of light and everything we needed for a long weekend. Stayed with our two 20 something kids. Bathroom and beds are tight spaces but doable for a family.

Wonderful and convenient property
We had a very comfortable stay in London at this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of 4, it was clean and comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The location is excellent, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, train and bus stops. Close enough to the excitement of the city, but away from the hustle and bustle. There is even a playground across the street where our children could play. Our host was wonderful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The only issue with our stay was the neighbor across the hall seemed to generally be bothered by the presence of children (our kids are 3 and 5). She knocked on our door twice to complain about noise, and that left us feeling very uneasy and stressed about any noise our children made. One time she complained was warranted given it was late when we arrived and our children were excited. But the second time the neighbor complained, it was only 7pm and we'd just finished dinner and the kids were playing quietly on the floor. So if you are traveling with younger children, just keep this in mind, as it added a bit of stress to our stay that would have otherwise been perfect. Excluding the issue with the neighbor, we would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful apartment.

Great flat. Very clean and it looks just like the pictures. Probably the best stocked flat I've ever rented as well. A quick note for others. There are quite a few stairs to contend with, which could be an issue. Otherwise, i would highly recommend.

Perfect location and a gorgeous apartment!
The flat is in the perfect spot for using public transport. Both the tube and the buses in to central london were a stones throw away. The street is a quiet residential street with a nice view of the park opposite. The space in the apartment is utilised so well and there is everything you could need. The flat was clean too. We came down in the car and parking costs on the street did add another fair amount on top of costs. Brilliant place to stay for visiting London and i would highly recommend 😀

Beautiful apartment and great location
We had 4 adults travelling together and had plenty of space. The design of the apartment is great and we appreciated how warm it stayed during the evenings when the temperature outside dropped. The kitchen was clean and functional and the beds very comfortable. Great location for travelling into the main sites as well as heading out to Kew Gardens. Lack of lock on the bathroom door was unusual but wasn't an issue. Stairs can be a tad slippery in socks so be careful if going to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other than this, a perfect stay, well priced and great communication from the host. Thank you!

Brilliant!
What a gem! The flat was lovely...exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 4. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We never heard any neighbors but did smell some delicious food in the hallway. The views were wonderful. Kids enjoyed seeing parakeets in the park trees across the way. My husband enjoyed the little office area and put it to good use in the early mornings. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We often came home after 10pm with no issues on the nearby tube or short walk. Wonderful pub (the Raven) nearby and one of my favorite restaurants of the trip was the nearby Duchess. (Bus service also lets off at the nearby Duchess...so easy transport on all fronts) I really can't say enough positive things. Emily was very responsive to our needs and even ordered me an hairdryer last minute. I can't wait to get back to London and can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else.

Emily was a great host! Communication was quick, which made the check-in process so easy - a relief after the long flight we’d had!
