This is a modern studio flat two minutes’ walk from Earl's Court station, excellent connections to the rest of the city thanks to the tube station and numerous bus lines right on the doorstep.

Within the heart of posh London, the area boasts some of the most exclusive real estate in the world. Ten mins walk to South Kensington, which is home to some of the world's most prestigious museums and universities.

The space
This modern studio flat, about 17 sqm, is on the first floor of a converted period property. It includes a kitchenette and stylish and tastefully decorated en-suite shower room.

The space is cosy and fully furnished with:
- Ottoman double bed with massive underneath storage space
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and chair

On your arrival you will find your double bed with all bed linen, including clean bed sheets, duvet and pillows. Towels will be provided for free on request.

The space is serviced by Superfast Wifi broadband (150 Mbits) and it's peaceful and warm. The desk and chair make the space ideal if you need to work from home.

The studio flat includes a compact and functional kitchenette with induction stove, refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, cabinetry and it's fully equipped with silverware, dishware, cookware, and basic cooking utensils.

Laundry facilities are located in a separate room within the building and are free to use.

Other things to note
Please note that location is very central, there is therefore traffic noise, especially on weekends.
