ID VERIFICATION. Please note that we will require a copy of your ID to book any of our properties. We require this in very much the same way a hotel requires your ID at check-in, to verify the identity of the guests we are letting into our managed properties and also to ascertain that the person that booked on Airbnb is the person that shows up at the property.
If you have any problems with presenting your ID or with the rules of this property then please do not book as all of the above is required to be respected.
- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).
- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no camera's inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.
- Quiet hours 22:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/VISITORS are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you will invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, we might be able to organise it. However, our cleaning and Airbnb management company charges £ 30 for early check-in and £ 12 for bag drop-off to get this organised with the cleaning team.
