This hotel is very close to the tube, with shops and facilities. The staff were helpful and the room was clean.

Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Close to the train station and places to eat. Hotel is very tired and shabby with a Fawlty Towers vibe. If you have any sense of humour, you'll love it!

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. It’s very basic and perfectly adequate. Short walk to town, able to watch locals bustling about, very helpful staff (esp Sara), clean, small shower but amazing water pressure.

In terms of the property, this hotel is older and well used, however we found it clean and great location for exploring Richmond. An easy short walk to the under & overground & bus stop. An easy walk to cafes, shops. This place is a jem because of the staff. The staff we encountered (Ian & Sarah) were very helpful, kind, friendly and accommodating. They both had great recommendation for places to eat and see around Richmond. Sarah was sweet to connect with us after our day out, to see what we had been up to in the city and if we liked the pubs, shops and sights.

It was okay.....
Lets be honest, its a no frills overnight stopover. Its no good for a romantic getaway unless you are foreseeing a divorce. Great shower. Very small double bed. It was adequate for our needs but look elsewhere if you are seeking comfort.
