Guest Access:
We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.
This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.
Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member.
👜 Luggage: If you are arriving before 3 pm, we have luggage storage service available from 10 am.
🚗 Parking: we do not have parking facilities, therefore we recommend Stasher find flexible and cheap parking spaces available around you. Alternatively, Q-Park Lane is a 2minutes walk from the apartment and you can leave your car for £50/24h
