Check in was late they do not answer the phone and all the process of check in depend on the phone! It was not comforable, because no cleaning service and Cold rooms Toilet tissue run out the third day! Hot water while bathing interrepted

The check in process has already made a hassle, we been contacting the person in-charge for check in since morning on the day we are checking in. It is until nearing check in time, only then we managed to contact him thru Hotels.com. This is beyond ridiculous. Since that guy was not gonna pick up our calls when he knows there are guests checking in, why is he still appointed as the person in charge! As for the room, do AVOID it if you are planning to stay for longer than 2 days. The room looks fine, but it's very dusty! Also, the shared bathroom and toilet not only looks dusty, but also dirty. It looks like no one has been cleaning on both!.

AVOID THEM!!!!
AVOID THIS HOTEL: TOTAL RIP OFF AND NO SERVICE PROVIDED!!!!!! I have booked a room with a bathroom, and paid it. In the confirmation they let me know it is shared bathroom. I have complained to hotels.com, but they couldn't achieve that the hotel refunds me. I though, OK then I would go there BUT they have never responded to my e-mail, have never answered my phone call about late arrival. So I didn't dare to go there because I didn't want to risk sleeping on the street with my kid. NEVER EVER HAVE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

We've got what we paid for..
We've got what we paid for..definitely, no complain at all but.. I have some points.. 1/ no electric kettle and TV in the room.. why you guys giving to costumer incorrect description about room? At the end it must be for you contraproductive in bussines 2/ you really made me laughing about ''room individually decorated'' 3/ I am not very sensitive person about dirt and dust but having shower in presence of huge black mould is not a kind of good experience. Every cleaner knows or heard about bleech.. 4/ was great we cought wifi in the room on 3rd floor surprisingly 5/ was great check out at 11am instead of 10am

Poor. I would actually like my money back.
The rooms need towels, dust bins, locks on the windows, insulation between the rooms (I was woken up by the guy next me’s alarm every morning). The shower can’t close so there is constantly water on the floor.

I only ended up staying one night, even though I had booked two. I checked into another hotel. The community toilet was blocked with poo floating in it. The shared bathroom was filthy with dark hair clogging up the drain. It was extremely noisy and I was being woken up several times in the night. The front door was accessible by anyone since the key was in a box outside. To top it all off, there were rats foraging through the rubbish outside the front door. I can’t believe this kind of accommodation would be offered by Expedia!!! Never again, Expedia!
