No free parking, ensuite shower cold, loo seat broken, pigeon droppings all over the balcony, no key to back door so was unlocked stained carpets. Worst Vrbo atay ever.ever

Almost Ruined Our Vacation
This place was rented to me without full disclosure of a major problem that greatly affected our stay here. The place has two bathrooms with two showers. The bathroom directly connected to one of the bathrooms had an unusable shower that the company that owned the place, Icon Range, knew about when they rented it to us. Five members of my family had to use one tub/shower which also did not have a shower curtain to prevent the water from getting all over the toilet and floor. When I called Icon Range to complain about the missing shower head and the smell of sewerage coming out of the bathroom they apologized and said the the previous renters had broken it and that the replacement may or may not come during our stay. The place was also not cleaned before we arrived. Living room carpet was dirty and had major stains in it, and the wall behind one of the seats had stains on it. There were also dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. I called **BO about all the issues and all they did was apologize and connect me with Travel Nest, who apologized and connected me to Icon Range, who I had already talked with. Basically all I received were transfers and apologies. My wife refused to get under the covers of the bed and would not eat in the place because she was so uncomfortable staying there. There were so many issues but I don't have space to list them here. This was my first and last time using **BO.
