Michael (front desk), You wanna laugh at me? Well, this person mocking with guest and cheat them, next day the train to Paris has changed the schedule by Eurostar, I asked the hotel to change my reservation even if I pay extra or penalty, Michael said, if Expedia accept, we don't have problem, I called Expedia, Expedia said no problem and Expedia contacted the hotel and informed him no problem, at this time I was standing front of the front desk, I asked Mr.Yasin if he get reply from Expedia, he said no, I told him Expedia agent with me on the phone NOW and he said already talked to hotel, and Michael he heard all conversation and he did not inform Yasin or me that Expedia replied, Michael embarrassed his colleague Mr. Yasin, then he said, NO we do not change, MY QUESTION to Michael, why you did not said NO from the beginning? I believe you are not suitable for this place, also the price for this hotel does not worth it, NO fridge in the room
