Welcome to our home! You will stay in a traditional terraced house, built in 1901 but very uniquely developed, offering a spacious, light and airy space. Situated in a well-kept and quiet residential street in South West London, full of pastel-coloured houses, and with a sunny south-facing garden, my home is ready to accommodate up to 5 guests and it offers all the amenities you will need for a perfect stay. Just make yourself at home.
The space
One word describes this property - QUIRKY. An eclectic mix of Mediterranean, vintage and contemporary. A spacious, bright, and fully equipped three-bedroom house with a private garden - the perfect base when visiting London!
The ground floor areas are totally open plan and back to front! A spacious, solid wood and fantastically equipped kitchen with a cooking/breakfast island look to the street. There is a formal dining area, with seating for six and a comfortable sitting room area opening onto the paved patio garden which is furnished and has lighting for evening use. It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. If you love music, there is an antique piano and if you love keeping fit, there is plenty of space to practice yoga or plates, indoor or out.
On the upper floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The sunny master bedroom offers a super king-size bed along with plenty of storage space. There are French doors opening onto a flat roof, but it is strongly advised that guests should not use this space as it could be dangerous and will most certainly be damaging to the flat roof. A further two bedrooms, overlooking the street, offer a double bed and a small double bed. The bathroom has a skylight window, full bathtub and over bath shower.
Fresh hotel quality linen and fluffy towels are provided, together with shower gel and shampoo for the first days of your stay.
Cleanliness is incredibly important for us and our guests, and even more so now as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. This is a clean entire home, our property is cleaned and disinfected after every checkout.

Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £80 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside. The full cost of replacing the lock will be charged if you lose the keys - minimum £200.
Supplementary cleaning cost will be charged if the house is left in a bad state or if you use metal confetti/glitters during your stay.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.
The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap.
There is a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor which is not suitable for younger children or those with mobility problems.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
