A spacious and beautiful home, centrally located, with a superb high-end luxury finish.

My place is overlooking Hyde Park and close to Paddington Station. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and luxury bathrooms, a lovely reception room with a fireplace, bright kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Located at the heart of one of the most vibrant and exclusive areas of London and adjacent to Hyde Park – this famous area of London currently holds some of the best nightlife, restaurants, galleries, museums, shopping and boutiques all are there for the taking. Winston Churchill also lived in a house on this site.

15 of us in London
We had 6 adults and 9 teenagers. The adults each had their own room with a king bed and private bathroom. The 9 teenagers each had a place to sleep. The location is very close to Paddington station which makes it very convenient to take the Heathrow express (about 15 min) vs 90 min car ride in traffic. Also convenient to take the tube to the rest of the city. You can walk to Hyde Park in a couple of minutes.

Adult family reunion
One glorious week in London with our children and spouses. The property was so convenient and very well appointed. There were 12 of us and the beds were very comfortable and the whole property was lovely. We cooked our own breakfasts and enjoyed the evenings gathering for games and visiting. Highly recommend this property!!

Stayed 7 nights late May to early June, 2024. Qadar (the host) was great! Responded quickly to inquiries. We felt very safe. Excellent location. Multiple restaurants within 1 block. Hyde Park was 2 blocks. Easy to catch a taxi there. Enjoyed the experience of living in a very nice section of London for a week. We would stay there again and will recommend it to our friends. I felt that the property was well represented online.

The Perfect London Home
This is the perfect London home! Spacious for large families (we had 13 people), yet cozy enough for 2 (I’ve also stayed here with just my wife and I). Facilities are modern, comfortable and has all the comforts; location is as ideal as it comes; host is very welcoming and accommodating! We’ve booked this home twice and will certainly book again when our travels bring us back to London! Very highly recommended!

LONDON 4 DAY STAY
The property on Sussex Square is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and it is very easy to get around the city from this location (Buses, Taxis, and the Underground). Some of the appliances were a bit hard to figure out and some bedrooms do not have A/C but the property is very good for larger groups (8 or more).

You will not be disappointed with this house! Bedrooms are light, bright and airy! Modern bathrooms with plenty of towels. Outside areas are amazing! Host is very responsive and nice! The location is definitely a plus too. Hired a private chef for my family of 8 and he had plenty of kitchen room. Host also set up a crib for my 16 month grandson, which was very nice!

Wonderful 2 week stay in London!
We could not have chosen a more special and lovely home in London. Our family of 15 gathered in Qadar's home for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's. We had plenty of room for everyone- grandparents, our 3 adult children, spouses and 7 grandchildren- ages 15-1. The home was very well equipped with all linens, well appointed kitchen (even a high chair) and large comfortable living room. The home was ideally located near Hyde Park, easy walking distance to shops and Paddington Station. We would love to stay there again.

Amazing host, location and property
This wonderful home suited our family of 11 quite well. The entire space was perfect for gathering together or having time alone. Our walks through Hyde Park, which is one block away provided delightful conversations. As far as the house itself, it was stocked with everything guests needed. There are many restaurants and pubs around the neighborhood and a tube stop very close by. In addition, Paddington Station is a few blocks away where we shopped for groceries and took the tube. We recommend this house highly and would come back in a minute! It was obvious our host cared about the comfort of the guests.

Lovely family home
We stayed at this location for 1 week in January and had a lovely time. We are a family of 11, which included members from 14 to 75 YO. We loved the fact that this is clearly a family home, with photos as momentos all over the house. We felt home :) The house is very well situated, close to the subway station (although we mostly used cabs as it was more cost efficient), my favorite grocery store in the UK (Waitrose) and all sorts of tourist attractions. The is a wonderful gastro pub just around the corner (The Victoria- make sure to make reservations!). Qadar answered us promptly when we had to reach her and we can only say good things about our time at her house.

Great house near Paddington Station
We stayed at this wonderful house for 8 nights. We were a family of 10 traveling together. We loved that there was 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Everyone had their own space for some quiet time. The location of the house was perfect, just a block from Hyde Park and a 5 minute walk to Paddington station and Lancaster Gate station. There were lots of restaurants, pubs and shops along the way to Paddington station. There were convenient grocery stores at the station. The owner of the house was very responsive, quickly answering all my questions in a very timely manner before we arrived and during our stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group. The living room area was a great gathering place in the evening to plan our next day. We loved watching the horses and riders come by everyday on there way to the park.

Home for the Holidays
My Family and Extended Family had the pleasure of staying at this house for 10 days. We had 8 people staying in this home. There was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms were big and had very comfortable beds. All the bedrooms except 2 had their own bathroom in them. Even with 8 people showering we never ran out of hot water. The house was decorated nice and had everything you needed. The house was stocked with all the supplies we needed. The house also was supplied with a refrigerator full of waters. The hostess was very nice and easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating! She left many treats for us to enjoy while we were at the house. The house is walking distance to many cafes, pubs, and shops. It is also down the street from Hyde Park. The tube is also within walking distance from the house. I highly recorded staying here and would definitely stay here again.
