Great location near many of London’s highlights!
This apartment has a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. It would have been even better if the internet had worked. Definitely would stay here again!

Very comfortable short stay
It’s located a stone throwing distance from Farringdon Station, easy access through lockbox. Good communication with the host. Studio apartment slightly bigger than a hotel room, but with kitchen and washer dryer it has a plus.

Pros : location, enabled a midday checkout. Cons : completely run down, mould and damp on the walls, towels were threadbare with holes in them. The place was filthy and over priced for what you get.

Comfy bed, main part of the room is clean, smoke alarm dangling by the wires from the ceiling. Bathroom had no hot water, and shower had mould and hairs (not mine as I shave my head!) Good location, but will not be back

This is just about the worse property you can stay at in London. Avoid this property at all cost. Its owned by someone who does not give care about his guests other then collecting their money. This property owner send us the code for the lockbox containing the keys to the flat at 9.33am on the morning of the check in. Check in time was stated as 2pm onwards on the booking. Then at 5.28pm, he changed the lockbox combination. We arrived at the flat late around 11pm, and used the first lockbox code he gave us. Naturally, we could not open the lockbox to get the flat keys. His second message about the new lockbox code did not reach us until 4.28am the following morning. The result was that we had to drive around London in a taxi in the middle of the night, looking for last minute hotel accommodations. We ended up spending 220 pounds on a hotel room for that night. I mean what kind of a genius would change the lockbox code at almost 5.30pm on the day of the move in, after having send out an earlier code? He blamed Expedia for us getting the new code message the following day. Offered no sympathy and compensation. Said that we should have called him. Well, we would have, had he included a number in his messages to us. The flat itself was cramped and small, and right at the top of the building. If you like to lug heavy luggage up 8 flights of stairs, that are so steep and narrow, that it feels like you almost have to use your hands for the last 2 flights, then this is the place.

It was functional. The fridge was noisy. The bathroom was tired and a bit grimey. The common areas were tired and there were wires hanging everywhere. The bed was comfortable enough for one person. I was overall disappointed by the expense and that it was certainly not of the standard that I would have in a low range hotel.

Great location, very clean and comfortable studio apartment. The check in was easy via lockbox, the size of the studio was small but it had all the necessary amenities I could expect, will be back again.
