I stayed at this location October 2023. I was excited to return. Downside is currently the hotel's restaurantis only serving Continetal Breakfast. Upside, The Leinster Arms is around the corner and they have a wonderful menu. History Enthusiasts would be interested to know the Lancaster became the Douglas House. Early Who fans might be interested to know this was a club that The Detours played at often. I am looking forward to returning soon.

A great experience
While the hotel shows a little bit of wear and tear, it was overall very clean, the service was great, the room was comfortable, and the location cant be beat. I stayed for a week and found it very reasonably priced. Would stay again.

This is my 4th time to the hotel and I have never had a single problem. The staff was wonderful, and our rooms were cleaned quickly each and every day. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly placed near Hyde Park. It’s a fantastic hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Was close to a few tube stations as well as Hyde Park. Staff allowed us to check in early as well. Housekeeping made our beds and brought us clean towels each day.

The location is great. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good for the price. The only downside is that rooms are a bit small, especially with a five year old.
