The space
This accommodation is a modern luxury 1 bed apartment sleeping up to 4 people. Providing a high end bed that sleep 2 people in the bedroom, with USB sockets near the bedside tables making it easy for you to charge your electronics as well as having a convenient reading lamp near the headboard. Large wardrobe is provided which is located in the bedroom with automated lights inside. Comfortable roll out sofa bed located in the living room sleeping up to 2 people. Providing 4 comfortable hotel pillows and soft touch double duvets for each and every bed ensuring that your stay will never lack comfort. All towels are soft white cotton. Welcome Lotus Biscoff biscuits are also provided free of charge.

All kitchen & utility appliances are newly equipped with Bosch. All kitchen cooking appliances are available at the property to your disposal with seasonings and oils also included. Dolce Gusto coffee machine available with instructions of use with variety of coffee's available varying from latte's & americano's to decafe coffees, providing for all coffee drinker's. Whilst still providing day to day favourites such as english breakfast teas and normal coffee's aswell. Washing machine & dryer included in the accommodation alongside drying rack, portable fans & plug in heater if desired.

This unique feature is included within the accommodation although, its available to all members in the accommodation it's never typically used and therefore always available. This facility is available to all and is located in the main building around a 3 min walk from the apartment still included on site and free of charge with various gym equipment, machines and weights.
Free Parking is available at request. An allocated parking space is provided in an underground secure car park which is for residents use only.
